Lisa Paine | Manager | Safeguarding Lead | Level 6

I joined BCPS in September 2017 after graduating from Reading University with a BA Hons in Children’s Development and Learning. I’ve been inspired through my experience in a range of roles in supporting young children in Pre-Schools, Primary Schools, as well as running baby and toddler signing and music classes. I am Mum to 2 teenage boys so spend lots of my spare time watching them playing football. I perform as a singer in a soul band, so always love a good singalong with the children at Pre-School. I feel passionately about young children’s curiosity, wonder, and capabilities.                                                                                                                                                                       managerbcps@gmail.com

I have over 20 years experience working in Pre-Schools and Nurseries. I enjoy working with children and find it very rewarding to see how they learn and develop.
